20th Annual Rotary Bali Charity Tennis Tournament Auction
Procedures and Rules:
1. All bids by email. Please email your bid to auctioneer@rotarybalitennis.org
2. Successful bidders will be advised as such by email and payment is required within 48 hours by bank transfer to the Rotary Club Bali Nusa Dua bank account that will be notified.
3. Bidders may buy any item by placing a bid equal to the BUY NOW PRICE. Any bid at the BUY NOW PRICE will close the auction for that item.
4. Any items not sold prior to the Auction End date may be auctioned at the Finals at 4.00PM, Sunday 15 May at The Westin Tennis Courts after the awards presentation
5. The organisers may opt to extend the auction deadline or withdraw an item from auction if bids are insufficient.

7. This is a charity auction with 100% of proceeds retained by Rotary Club Bali Nusa Dua for its underprivileged children programs on Bali. All auction items have been generously donated by the hotels listed.
