21st Annual Rotary Bali Charity Tennis Tournament Auction
(Starts 27 August, 2012)
Procedures and Rules:
1. All bids by email. Please email your bid to auctioneer@rotarybalitennis.org
2. Successful bidders will be advised as such by email and payment is required within 48 hours by bank transfer to the Rotary Club Bali Nusa Dua (RCBND) bank account that will be notified. If payment is made by wire/bank transfer, buyer agrees to pay bank transfer charges/fees.
3. All prices are quoted in US Dollars. RCBND will accept payment in Indonesian Rupiah at 1USD/9,500IDR and Australian Dollars at 1USD/0.95AUD.
4. Any items not sold prior to the Auction End date may be auctioned at the Finals at 4.00PM, Sunday 09 September at The Nikko Bali Resort and Spa tennis courts after the awards presentation.
5. The organisers may opt to extend the auction deadline or withdraw an item from auction if bids are insufficient. Bids for hotels will be accepted in $10.00 increments. All other items may be bid for in $5.00 increments
6. Hotel vouchers may have restrictions on use i.e. hotel may not be available during certain periods due holidays or high occupancy.
7. Click on the hotel name to go to the website for more information and room photos. Breakfast is included only where noted.
8. This is a charity auction with 100% of proceeds retained by Rotary Club Bali Nusa Dua for its underprivileged children programs on Bali. All auction items have been generously donated by the hotels listed.
